This class of Circuit Training with a “listen to your body” mentality includes a Yoga warm up and a mix of Cardio, HIIT, Barre, Pilates and anything else we get excited about! Tough enough to challenge you but easy enough so you’ll be able to work out the next day. An encouraging way to build strength and tighten that core or a perfect compliment to your Yoga practice (inversions, say what?).
