We invite you to join instructor Natalie Padveen for a Sunday morning Pelacore fitness class. Pelacore is a 60-minute class that provides you with a full body workout that also teaches you specific exercises that will strengthen your pelvic core and make you feel amazing.
Countless women suffer from urinary incontinence and other pelvic issues resulting from childbirth, surgery, menopause, poor diet, and improper exercise routines. Women who do not properly train their pelvic floor can end up suffering with embarrassing leakage, constipation, lower back pain, prolapse and general pelvic discomfort, some of which may eventually require surgery.
