Join us for a Saturday morning all levels run along the wood chip trail followed by running nutrition tips! Meet at the store at 9am for a warm-up and we'll hit the road with RunFit310 coach Jen McMahon by 9:15am sharp! After the run, we'll return to the store to learn some nutrition tips from Ambassador Katie Bressack!
