Come celebrate Earth Day with a work out at the park! This workout will burn over 500 calories during class, and HIIT training means you’ll keep burning calories up to 48 hours after! Workouts are 60-minutes, including a warm-up and light stretch. The class is all body weight training and will challenge you to burn maximum calories without the use of any equipment. Meet us at Athleta Fillmore at 9am and we'll jog over to the park together, then come back to the store after the work out for refreshments and shopping. All are welcomed!
Trainer Bio: Jessica Ahoni is a certified personal trainer in the SF Bay Area, who has developed a secondary career around her passion for fitness and health. She is founder the founder of Body by J.A., a boutique personal training business, and co-founder of Bounce SF, a fitness group that promotes three pillars - fitness, community, and development. Jess works full-time at Google as a Project Manager.
