We are all CONTENDERS in life! Join us at FitHouse in Peters Township where we will bring you an hour filled with EPIC energy. You will be pushed and you will be powered like never before in this High Intensity Full Body Workout!
Using partners, teams and an array of functional training tools, you will be challenged both body and mind. Bring your A-Game and get ready to be a CONTENDER! All levels are welcomed. Modifications will be given if needed.
You will have THREE opportunities to participate, plus shop an Athleta trunk show and enjoy juices from Salud Southpointe and other tasty treats!

7 a.m. : Contender Workout 1
8 a.m. Contender Workout 2
9 a.m.: Athleta trunk show, Salud juices, light refreshments
9:30 a.m.: Contender Workout 3
