Join Jenny Sines, director of Millvale Yoga Collective, for an all levels Saturday morning yoga class! This class includes an upbeat Hatha yoga warm up and peek, then winds down with a chill, restorative cool down and peaceful meditation to finish. Our Hatha section of class will offer physically motivating postures to warm up the body, focus the mind, and open up the lungs, while moving at a pace that is easily understandable and comfortable. For the Restorative part of class, students will spend time on the mat (no longer standing), and allow yin aspects to drive the postures, like gravity, relaxation, and stillness. Brand new students and higher experience level students alike will enjoy this well-rounded class!
If you have your own yoga mat, you are welcome to bring it!
