Hip and Shoulder Mobility + Yin Workshop w/ Heisue Chung
Instructor Heisue Chung discovered Yoga 10 years ago. Yoga empowers, heals and provides her liberation along with challenging her during the ups and downs of the practice. We all carry our daily responsibilities and burdens upon our shoulders. Rather than holding onto the weight with our arms and shoulders, this workshop will emphasize mobility in your hips and shoulders to increase flexibility and create range of fluid motion. We won’t be moving from downward-facing dog to plank pose; instead, we will hold space for a longer period to deepen our full-body awareness and to feel a mental and physical softening transformation. No yoga experience is required.
