“Intro to Acro” with Oblique Magazine featuring Andrew and Natalie of AcroCharleston.
Participants need only a mat and a willingness to try basic partner yoga positions and movements. The class will run for approximately 50 minutes:
-15 min: Warm-up/Body Positions/Vocab
-5 min: Demo/Instruction
-5 min: Grouping/Spotting/Ground Rules
-15min: Guided Practice in Groups
-10 min: Games/Closure
