Join us for a guided meditation and workshop at Oak Street beach, hosted by Vacation of the Mind.
Vacation of the Mind is a company that provides guided meditation services, where finding inner harmony and stillness is the goal. Our guided meditations follow a simple process: Breathe - Refocus - Journey.
We will meet at Athleta Oak Street, then walk over to the beach together. There we will enjoy a 20-minute guided meditation from Briana. Following the meditation we will discuss the benefits of meditation, and different ways to implement it in our everyday lives.
After this we will walk back to the store for post-relaxation refreshments!
Please bring a yoga mat or towel to sit on during the meditation, and a water bottle.
