Come join us for Planks & Plies with Abigail Parker! A former ballerina turned fitness trainer!
Abigail has created a dance-inspired strength workout that will have you moving & sweating! Each total body movement will bounce to the beat and have you feeling stronger by the second!
This workout is a mix of cardio blasts, abs & arms, booty building, and overall strength training! She will end with gentle stretching and flexibility work. All levels of fitness are welcome!
After class, Abigail will share her favorite pieces from our latest collection! Plus, we will have a drawing for a $50 shop card!
