This hour will focus on toning those areas that we all want to target.Alana will show you exercises that will work those specific muscle groups & you will be able to continue the fun at home. Be ready to knock it out the park as we, "Play BAAL."
Dumbbells 1-5lbs, loop or flat resistance bands or ankle weights.
*If you don't have those items, no worries, your body weight will get the job done!
