Athleta Lincoln Road is excited to celebrate National Yoga Month with our beautiful beach community of yogis & wellness fiends. We're happy to be partnering with State of Yoga, as our Studio of the Month. Please join us for the Sunday mornings of September in celebrating National Yoga Month & this local studio.
There are many paths to experience the state of yoga, your innate state of total freedom, faith, and bliss. Our studio of the month, State of Yoga serves and supports you with the life changing practice of yoga.
Tamara Kenigsberg will introduce us to her State of Yoga style with the final class in our series. Born and raised in South Florida, Tamara ended up in a yoga class at her local gym in New York City and has been practicing yoga ever since. While working as the Director of Public Relations for renowned pop artist Peter Max, she received teaching certifications at Om Factory NYC & Kula Yoga Project. Teaching yoga full time since 2011 in NYC, Montauk, Miami, and Fort Lauderdale, Tamara’s classes are a Vinyasa flow emphasizing creative sequencing and intelligent alignment. Currently residing Miami, she also teaches prenatal yoga, restorative yoga, pranayama, and serves on the faculty for various Yoga Teacher Training programs.
At State of Yoga's Miami Beach location, 727 4th Street, you can enjoy wide variety of classes for all levels and types of practitioners. Their schedule includes Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Jivamukti Yoga, Dharma Mittra, Yin yoga, Meditation, and Pranayama.
State of Yoga offers workshops, mentorship programs, and Yoga Alliance certified teacher training & yoga retreats. They welcome students to an atmosphere that promotes community, and they intentionally incorporate devotion energy, passion, and knowledge into their classes each day.
Their mission is to honor the science of yoga as a holistic process to create a lifestyle of health, happiness, and abundance. Athleta Lincoln Road is thrilled to bolster their mission with our community support. We hope to see you here in store on Sunday! Please bring your mat & reusable water bottle.
