Join us for a morning yoga class with Kayla Max of Yoga Six!
Kayla has always been active and has spent the majority of her life expressing herself through movement and breathe. Finding yoga allowed her to evolve her movement practice into incorporating mindfulness. She is firm believer that our yoga practice is catered to what we need in the moment. In her class she hopes to offer you an outlet to get what you need to fill your cup, leave what isn't serving, and have fun through movement, inhales & exhales, and energizing music. The class will have a live DJ! Please bring your own mat, water bottle and towel.
The class will be first come first serve.
