In Joana’s “Pilates Burn” class Joana will use traditional and non-traditional Pilates movements to work every angle of the core 360 degrees around. She also weaves in short bursts of cardio drills to keep the heart rate elevated for the ultimate fat burn. Touches of yoga and body extensions will complete the hour so everyone feels long, lean, and energized…ready to face the day.
