Join running coach Jen McMahon & yoga instructor Erin Fields for a special ROGA (run + yoga) class! Meet at the store at 9am to start the morning off with a run suitable for all levels along the wood chip trail (we'll take off by 9:15am sharp!). After working up a sweat and logging some miles, we'll return to the store for a refreshing yoga session.
