Chaula received her Master’s of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland at Baltimore. She is passionate about her profession and very proactive about enhancing her skills by taking long-term courses to add to her repertoire — as evidenced by her year-long study of Australian Maitland Manual Therapy, joint mobilization, and dynamic core stabilization. 

Her professional interests include orthopedic, sport-related and spine injury prevention and rehabilitation, as well as combining core stabilization training and yoga into the class she developed and teaches, BEST CoYo. Balance of Power: Whether you are a beginning Pilates practitioner, a walker, a runner or a seasoned athlete, balance and stability are your foundation for a long and healthy relationship with movement. Come test your balance and strength in this Pilates-based class designed to get you moving with more fluidity and awareness as you work to your own level. We will work in different planes from standing to supine and everything in between, on exercises that test and improve your dynamic stability, or what we know as strength in movement. We are excited to announce the new Athleta Wellbeing Professional program! This updated program gives a more holistic approach to how we interact with our community and partners. The new Athleta Wellbeing Professional Program (“WellPro”) is a program for professionals who are actively working with clients through a training schedule, job or private practice/business. WellPros bring Athleta’s mission to life by igniting a community of active, healthy, confident women and girls to empower each other to reach their limitless potential. By motivating and influencing their community, WellPros spread the power of she and help stores across the country reach new customers. The program is a collaborative partnership between a local “home store” and their community of WellPros. Store teams will build a close relationship with these women, learn about their interests and goals, and support in their wellness journey. 

 

DISCOUNT AND MEMBERSHIP • Membership is valid for a calendar year beginning Jan. 1 and ending Dec. 31. • Membership offers a 25% off discount on regular price merchandise (does not include promotional price, sale or Girl items). Valid for personal use only, up to $10,000 per year (before discount). Open to all Athleta Girls, ages 6 to 14, our Girl of the Month is someone making a positive impact in our local community. She will be spotlighted on our community board, receive a $45 appreciation card, and host an Athleta Girl Party for up to 10 of her friends to come live the Athleta Brand.

Attendees will enjoy a 15-minute demonstration of her favorite activity, dream board making session and fashion show.

Interested families may pick up an Athleta Girl Dream Board and Parent Waiver at the store. Once completed, please drop off the forms at the store.
