Adriana Adelé and Alanna Gardner, MFT are teaming up to hold space before the hectic holidays and offer practices to help you through the season festivities. The holidays can be a time of joy and celebration as well as stress, obligation and anxiety, regardless
of family dynamics.
This session will include a dynamic but approachable yoga flow, self-massage techniques, breath work and guided journaling to give you strategies to tackle anxiety, challenging interpersonal dynamics, and prioritize self-care so that you
can tap into the holiday spirit. *Please remember to bring your own mat*
Following the class there will be an Athleta raffle and light refreshments provided by our friends at Sip-n-Glo and P.S. Snacks!
