This is a trauma informed yoga class that offers meditation, mindfulness and yoga practices that you can apply to your daily life. This sample class will also offer movement geared towards working with healing trauma. We will use specific language that is empowering, and tools that are long lasting that entail teaching you how to track your nervous system and use breath work to alleviate stress.
