Designed for women of all ages and speeds, Sole Sister Run Club consists of a weekly coached group run workout with an emphasis of finding your speed, improving your run form and bringing out your best. Whether you are walking, walk running or running, we will accommodate where you're at and where you want to go.
We will meet at Herrick Lake Forest Preserve West in Wheaton. Please park in the parking lot on the west side of the forest preserve off of Herrick Road and we'll meet by the picnic shelter. Dress for all weather and bring a water bottle.
As an added bonus, we'll provide you with an easy-to-follow half marathon training plan designed to help you complete the Naperville Half Marathon on October 21st. Not sure you're ready for a half marathon? No problem - there's also a 5K event held on that day that we can help you prepare for too. Registration to the race is not included so be sure to register on the race website - don't delay! The event tends to sell out quickly.
If racing is not in your future, we'd still love to have you join our weekly group for the camaraderie, accountability and fun of running with others.
