Take your practice off the mat and into the water!
Combining the best of both worlds, explore breath and movement practices of Yoga with core strength and balance practices of Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP).
This class covers an intro to Paddleboarding, including safety on the water, proper stance, form and paddle techniques, followed by a yoga practice with instruction on getting into each yoga pose on the boards, concluding with a savasana you will never forget. After class, you can continue to explore more poses or stand up and keep paddling. Once off the boards, stick around and meet with old and new friends over healthy snacks.
